According to the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 502 dated June 28, 177, now the administrative fines of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Bishkek, Chui and Issyk-Kul regions can be paid through the Mobile Banking service of our Bank.

Do not waste time and energy searching for the post office or terminal, pay a fine on the spot through your phone with the Mobile Banking service!

When paying in this way the check is not issued, the confirmation of payment comes in the form of a text message to the payer's phone number to which the Mobile Banking service is connected. This message will indicate:

1. Transaction ID (the number entered in the inspector's report);
2. Amount of payment;
3. Dates and times of payment;
4. Protocol numbers;
5. Violation articles;
6. ID of the inspector (identification number of the employee GUPM).
