"Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN" OJSC announces a tender for the position of Technical Director.

Requirements:

• technical education;
• the work experience on a specialty: on supervising posts not less than 2th years.

Additional qualification requirements are:

• knowledge of all building codes (SNiP);
• knowledge of safety engineering;
• knowledge of instructions and rules of administrative and economic work;
• confident PC user;
• possession of business correspondence skills;
• the presence of communicative and organizational abilities.

Duties:

• control over the observance of ensuring the proper conditions of the working environment (electricity, heating, sewerage, water supply, telephone communication, ventilation and air conditioning) for their repair and maintenance;
• control and organization of works on timely elimination and localization of emergency and emergency situations at production facilities;
• management of operation of engineering systems, maintenance of equipment, as well as control over the implementation of the construction project and negotiation with contractors;
• responsibility for the modernization and maintenance of the working capacity of production processes in the enterprise.

 Working conditions:

• employment according to the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• full social package in accordance with the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• work in a modern office in the city center.
