"Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN" OJSC announces a competition for the position of regional manager of the Management of Regional Managers of the Credit Department.

Requirements:

  • higher economic education;
  • work experience in the specialty in the financial and banking system for at least 3 years (preferably the last position held - the head of Credit Department);
  • initiative, responsibility, sociability, stress resistance, ability to work with a large amount of information;
  • the ability to clearly and competently express their thoughts in both written and oral form;
  • readiness for business trips and a non-standard schedule of work;
  • knowledge of banking legislation, regulations and instructive documents that regulate banking and financial activities in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Duties:

  • Monitoring compliance with the lending of legislative and regulatory acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, the NBKR, internal regulations, decisions of the Board of Directors and the Board of the Bank;
  • Coordination of the activities of the supervised credit departments in achieving the indicators of the Business plan for lending;
  • Adoption of decisions within the framework of the granted authority to approve applications for loans, bank guarantees and other assets, and liabilities that are credit substitutes (hereinafter referred to as loans), establish deadlines and repayment schedules for them, establish interest rates and commissions in within the limits of the approved tariffs, on changes in payment schedules, as well as on other issues related to lending activities;
  • Controlling credit departments for compliance with credit procedures;
  • Analysis and monitoring of the results of the work of credit departments and taking measures to improve their performance indicators, as well as to strengthen internal control in the Bank's lending activities;
  • Monitoring of the dynamics of overdue and problem loans in the Bank's loan portfolio, and work in conjunction with lending departments for the repayment of arrears;
  • Making proposals for the authorization of the Credit Committees of the branches/Head Office/savings cash-outlets, as well as their decrease/increase for consideration and analysis of loan applications by lending departments to the first-level credit committee;
  • Control over elimination by employees of credit departments of comments on the results of internal/external audit, inspections of the NBKR;
  • Consideration of applications, proposals and complaints of citizens, enterprises, organizations that have entered the Office and take appropriate measures;
  • Providing advice to the Bank's employees on issues related to lending;
  • Implementation of correspondence related to the conduct of the activities of the Management.
