Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Development of actions on maintenance of performance indicators of the business plan credit payment cards for natural persons and arrange their implementation;
- The creation and introduction of new products and services based on credit payment cards;
- Analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of new and existing credit products based on payment cards, the identification of causes of inefficiency and the organization of measures to improve the effectiveness of the products;
- Development, maintenance and updating of documents;
- Preparation of proposals for the establishment of benchmark interest rates, of commissions on credit cards Bank: the monitoring of established tariffs, the effectiveness of the application of tariffs and special events; ensuring the assessment of whether changes of tariffs with a reasoned economic justification; providing General coordination of works on change of tariffs (including approval and submission for consideration of the authorized body of the Bank);
- Identification of key marketing activities in order to advance Credit payment cards;
- Interaction with payment systems and the Bank's partners in introducing products and services technology-based payment systems/affiliate programs;
- Initiating the development of information materials for the purpose of advertising of credit cards.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Work experience from 3 years in the methodology of card products, the creation and development of card products;
- Knowledge of General principles, rules and requirements of the payment systems Visa, MasterCard, etc. with regard to the processing of card transactions;
- Knowledge of work processing center of plastic cards;
- Knowledge of accounting methodology (analytical and accounting of plastic cards);
- Leadership qualities, ability to work in multitasking, responsibility, sociability, stress resistance, activity.
