ATM Mannual

Using Automatic Teller Machine you can make following operations:

  • Withdraw cash;
  • Filling of card from the account card (for cards with chip);
  • Return of money from the card to account car;
  • Viewing the information about the card;
  • Extending the validity of the card (for cards with chip);
  • Cashless currency exchange (the operation is unavailable for magnetic card) – (under development)
  • Payment for public utilities – (under development).

 

Start of work with ATM:

Insert the card into the receiver of ATM. Note! The ATM reacts very fast. If your plastic card is in the ATM and you did not press any key within 45 seconds, the ATM will return your card. If you don’t take the card from the receiver within following 45 seconds – the ATM will retain it.

Enter the PIN coder on the numeric keyboard and press “Enter”. (The entered PIN is shown in the screen as asterisks.)

If you made an error in entering the PIN code, the erroneously entered digit can be cancelled (before pressing the “Enter” key) by pressing “Cancel” key.

Note! If you enter wrong PIN code three times at one, the card will be retained by the ATM, and you will have to apply to the bank to return it.

Change of PIN code. Press “Change PIN” key. Enter your old PIN code. After this the new window will appear, where you should enter the new PIN code and then confirm it.

Insert the card into the receiver of ATM.

Enter the PIN code on the numeric keyboard and confirm it by pressing “Enter”.

After entering the PIN code the standard set of operations will be offered to you on the screen. Using the keys on the sides of the screen, select the “Cash withdrawal” item, enter required amount and the press “Enter” for the second time.

To withdraw the card, make the “Card return” operation. The ATM will firstly return the card to you, and after you will take it, it will disburse the money, which will appear in the slot under the screen. Then, the ATM will issue a receipt (check).

 

Withdrawing cash from ATM:

Note! If by any reason, you did not take the money from the ATM within 30 seconds, they will automatically returned to the ATM. In this situation you will need to apply to the bank, maintaining this ATM.

 

Card depositing in the ATM:

  1. Insert the card into the receiver of ATM.
  2. Enter the PIN code on the numeric keyboard and confirm it by pressing “Enter”.
  3. In the proposed screen menu select the “Depositing” operation, enter the required amount and press “Enter” for the second time.
  4. To deposit the whole amount located in the account to the card, press “Enter” without entering the amount on the numeric keyboard.
  5. After successful completion of “Depositing” operation, the information on the amount of funds on the card before and after the operation will appear on the screen.
  6. To withdraw the card make the “Card return” operation.


Viewing the information about the card in the ATM:

  1. Insert the card into the receiver of ATM.
  2. Enter the PIN code on the numeric keyboard and confirm it by pressing “Enter”.
  3. In the proposed screen menu select the “Information about the card” operation.
  4. After successful completion of operation the screen will show the information on the card funds, limits, and the last completed operations.
  5.  To withdraw the card make the “Card return” operation.

Payment for public utilities (under development)
Rates and limits:

  1. Insert the card into the receiver of ATM.
  2. Enter the PIN code on the numeric keyboard and confirm it by pressing “Enter”.
  3. In the proposed screen menu select the “Rates and limits” operation.
  4. In the offered screen menu you can learn, how much money you can cash, what fee is taken from the card in case of payment for services upon cashing.

 

Useful advices for use of Zolotaya Korona card

  • Your plastic card together with PIN code is a key to Your bank account, therefore ensure their security!
  • Write down the number of your card, Bank and Customer support service telephone number and always keep this information with you.
  • Handle your card in the same way as with the cash – don’t lose the card you’re your view.
  • Do not transfer the card to the third persons.
  • Never tell the PIN code to anybody.
  • Observe the fundamental rules of card storage – don’t expose the card to heating, electromagnetic or mechanical impact.
  • Require to perform operations of payment for goods and services using your card in your presence and under your visual observations. Don’t let your card to disappear from your view.
