Bank guarantee

Bank guarantee (next called as Guarantee) is a written unilateral obligation of the Bank with regard to the person in whose favor the guarantee is issued (beneficiary) on behalf of persons who have applied to the Bank a statement on the issue Guarantees (Principal) in the fulfillment of their obligations to the Beneficiary or to secure obligations of the third face.

  • revolving guarantee
  • guarantee of performance of obligations

Documents, required for getting bank guarantee: 

  • Letter from person, demanding bank guarantee (Principal)
  • Petition
  • An application for a bank guarantee
  • Standard form
  • Statutes (notarized-1) and 1 copy
  • Constituent Agreement (notarized-1) and 1 copyОбразцы подписей (нотариально заверенные)
  • The balance sheet on January 1 of current or previous year with applications
  • Transcription of receivables and payables on the balance sheet
  • Certificate of registration in statistical organisation (copy)
  • Certificate of registration from the Ministry of Justice (copy)
  • Reference from the tax office on debts
  • Reference from the Social Fund on Debt
  • Information on your activities
  • The presence of the settlement (in national or foreign currency) account in the income statement of "Commercial bank Kyrgyzstan" OJSC
  • Minutes of the meeting of founders (For bank guarantees, indicating collateral and amount of it)
  • Decision of the Board Directors and Management Committee
  • Ownership certificate
  • Act of fixed assets at the time of privatization
  • Extract from shareholders register
  • Reference for collateral from BTI
