OJSC "Commercial bank KYRGYZSTAN" invites you to take part in the tender for the supply of ATMs in the total amount of 7 units, of which three (3) between the walls with the function Cashout and four (4) office with ATM Cashout function.

To participate in the tender, you have to submit an offer, which shall contain the following conditions:

Delivery terms:

1. Total number of ATMs supplied:

• 7 units

2. Delivery time is not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days, from the date of conclusion of the contract.

3. CIP delivery scheme in Bishkek.

Supplier requirements:

1. Implementation of at least three deliveries of such equipment to the territory of Kyrgyzstan.
2. Experience in warranty and service maintenance of such equipment on the territory of Kyrgyzstan for at least 4 years.
3. The warranty period for the supplied equipment is at least 24 months.
4. Constituent documents on the establishment of the company.

Qualification requirements:

1. Availability of a document confirming the status of an authorized partner of the company in Kyrgyzstan.
2. Availability of authorization letters from manufacturers or master distributor of the proposed equipment.
3. Installation, configuration and launch of an ATM, including a video surveillance system based on the software of the Zolotaya Korona payment system (CFT - ATM), which, in turn, is provided by the Bank, should be included in the offer price, regardless of the ATM installation location in Kyrgyzstan.

1. The proposal should include training for customer personnel in the operation of this equipment.
2. Mandatory availability of a local office in Kyrgyzstan, with the necessary spare parts park, for subsequent warranty service of the supplied equipment.

We also ask you to provide commercial offer to reflect additional costs as a separate item. ATM options - contactless bank card reader with PayPass / PayWave technology.

Additional terms

All applicants for participation in the tender must submit their commercial proposals in sealed envelopes marked "Tender for the supply of ATMs" no later than 11-00 o'clock on March 23, 2021 at the address: Bishkek, st. Togolok Moldo 54-A, department of office work and control.

Bids submitted after the specified deadline will be rejected and returned to bidders unopened.

According to the results of the tender, the winner will be notified.
