OJSC "Commercial Bank of Kyrgyzstan" announces a competition for the position of acting recruitment Manager with experience

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics, law, Humanities education;
  • Experience in the specialty:
    - in the financial and credit sphere-not less than 1 year;
    - in personnel services-not less than 2 years;
    - knowledge of the Kyrgyz language is mandatory.

Duties:

  • Determination of personnel needs in connection with expansion, reorganization of structural units, introduction of new products / services of the Bank;
  • Coordination of recruitment, selection of personnel for vacant positions (placement of vacancy announcements, collection and preparation of documents for the competition, testing, etc.));
  • Initial analysis of applicants ' resumes; meeting with applicants; interviewing candidates for vacant positions / interns
  • Organization and testing of applicants;
  • Study of business and professional qualities of applicants, analysis of the results of interviews and testing of applicants, selection of applicants that meet the requirements of the Bank;
  • Formation of personnel reserve, etc.
