OJSC "Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN" announces a competition for the position of Chief Specialist of the Consumer Lending Managment of the Lending Department.

Requirements:

  • Higher economic education;
  • Experience in the financial and credit field - at least 2 years.

Additional qualification requirements are knowledge:

  • Skills of work with office equipment and computer programs (fluency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures for credit operations;
  • Knowledge of the basics of marketing;
  • Possession of methods for assessing collateral for loans;
  • Knowledge of working with overdue / problem loans and implementation of collateral;
  • Experience in holding meetings, meetings, discussions;
  • The presence of organizational skills;
  • Knowledge of the procedure for processing loans and credit documentation.
Duties:
  • Market analysis, regular marketing of existing credit products of other Banks, making proposals to Bank's management on the development and implementation of new credit products for consumer loans;
  • Preparation and delivery of commercial offers to trade partner organizations on cooperation in order to promote consumer credit products. Conclusion of cooperation agreements between the Bank and partner organizations;
  • Work on the optimization and simplification of consumer credit schemes;
  • Making proposals for changes in the IRD to authorities;
  • Increase in the loan portfolio and the number of consumer loans;
  • Providing advice to Bank employees on issues related to consumer lending;
  • Interaction with representatives of international financial companies on issues related to consumer finance in the field of consumer lending;
  • Management reporting;
  • Work with regulatory documents.

Working conditions:

  • Employment according to the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic;
  • Work in a modern office in the city center.
