OJSC Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN announces a competition for position of Manager in one of the branches of the Chui region.,

Requirements:

• higher economic / financial education;
  
• work experience in the specialty: in the financial and credit sphere at least 5 years;
  
• in leadership positions for at least 1 year.

Additional qualification requirements are knowledge:

• knowledge of banking legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, accounting policies, instructions and other regulatory acts of the NBKR;
• knowledge of the requirements of the Law “On countering the legalization (laundering) of criminal proceeds and the financing of terrorist or extremist activities”;
• knowledge of Russian, Kyrgyz languages;
• computer literacy;
• excellent communication, organizational and management skills.

Duties:

• quality management and coordination of the branch and its accountable savings cash-oulets;
• work with troubled borrowers;
• control of operating processes;
• resolution of all personnel issues within the branch jointly with the head Bank;
• attracting customers (organization and direct participation in direct marketing - promotions, presentations, etc.);
• preparation and protection of the budget of the branch;
• ensuring an adequate system of internal control and bank risk management in the branch’s activities.

Working conditions:

• Employment according to the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Work in a modern office in the city center.
