OJSC "Commercial Bank of KYRGYZSTAN" announces a competition for the position of head of the lending Department in one of branches of Bishkek.

Requirements:

• higher education (economic education preferred);
• experience in the financial and credit sector for at least 3 years.

Additional qualification requirements are knowledge:

• methods of financial analysis used by the Bank;
• methods of evaluation of loan collateral, restructuring of problem loans;
• banking legislation in the field of lending;
• procedures for the execution of banking operations related to lending;
• features of work with client base;
• marketing basics;
• experience in holding meetings, meetings, discussions;
• availability of organizational skills;
• knowledge of the current standards and the procedure for registration of credit documentation.

Charge:

• organization of work with the credit portfolio of the Department;
• distribution of functional duties of the Department among specialists and control of their performance;
• organization of consulting work with clients on lending and acceptance of applications;
• organization of the whole credit process;
• consideration and approval of loans as part of the Credit Committee within the framework of the powers granted;
• work with automated database in the system (CFT);
• regular audit of the Department's loan portfolio in order to prevent credit default risks;
• control over timely repayment of loans;
• implementation of timely submission of various types of reporting;
• participation in the development of programs and projects implemented in the Bank;
• implementation of training of credit specialists of the Department, including credit procedures, marketing, financial analysis of potential borrowers, monitoring.
