For technical reasons, ATMs and POS terminals of the bank temporarily don't serve bank cards.
At the time of elimination of failure, you can get cash at ATMs of any other banks:
- on ELCART and VISA cards at 0% (zero) commission (our bank temporarily reset this commission)
All commissions withheld by VISA, when cashing in foreign devices in the period from 14:00 27.03.19 to 12:00 28.03.19, the Bank will return within 1 day.
