When you apply for a loan, first of all, specialists will check your credit history. This information is requested in a single credit information bureau.

The credit history provides information on what loans the client had and how he repaid them.

History can be of 3 types:

  2. Negative - when a client took a loan and repaid it on time, is in delay, or still has a debt;
  3. Zero - those customers who have never before received loans.

Many people think that the GUARANTOR is just a formality and easily agree to take responsibility for someone else's credit. But if you become a guarantor of a "bad" loan - this will affect your credit history, even if you yourself never took a loan!
