"Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN" OJSC announces a tender for the position of Office Manager.

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Work experience: at least 1 year;
  • Competent knowledge of written and spoken Kyrgyz, Russian, knowledge of English is predominantly;
  • Knowledge of the basics of office work;
  • Availability of skills in working with office equipment;
  • A confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook);
  • Knowledge of business etiquette, rules of business communication, rules of conducting telephone conversations;
  • Initiative, communication skills and diplomacy, responsibility, ability to work with people, efficiency, stress resistance.

Duties:

  • Effective organization of office work;
  • Meeting guests of the company within its competence;
  • Organization of the manager's working day;
  • Organization of works on administration of the economic part of the office;
  • Reception of telephone calls, telephone messages, messages;
  • Implementation of work on preparation of meetings, meetings (collection of necessary materials, notification of participants about the time, place and agenda of the meeting or meeting);
  • Business correspondence;
  • Drawing up letters, reports, and other instructions from the head.

Working conditions:

  • Employment according to the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic;
