"Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN" OJSC announces a tender for the position of Office Manager.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Work experience: at least 1 year;
- Competent knowledge of written and spoken Kyrgyz, Russian, knowledge of English is predominantly;
- Knowledge of the basics of office work;
- Availability of skills in working with office equipment;
- A confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook);
- Knowledge of business etiquette, rules of business communication, rules of conducting telephone conversations;
- Initiative, communication skills and diplomacy, responsibility, ability to work with people, efficiency, stress resistance.
Duties:
- Effective organization of office work;
- Meeting guests of the company within its competence;
- Organization of the manager's working day;
- Organization of works on administration of the economic part of the office;
- Reception of telephone calls, telephone messages, messages;
- Implementation of work on preparation of meetings, meetings (collection of necessary materials, notification of participants about the time, place and agenda of the meeting or meeting);
- Business correspondence;
- Drawing up letters, reports, and other instructions from the head.
Working conditions:
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic;
