OJSC "Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN" requires a specialist on Reception.
Requirements:
- Education: higher / incomplete higher;
- Experience in the specialty: at least 1 year;
- Competent fluency in written and oral Kyrgyz, Russian, knowledge of English is predominantly;
- Having skills to work with office equipment;
- Confident MS Office user (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook);
- Knowledge of business etiquette, rules of business communication, rules of conducting telephone conversations;
- Initiative, communication skills and diplomacy, responsibility, ability to work with people, efficiency, stress resistance.
Duties:
- Effective organization of office work;
- Meeting guests of the company within their competence;
- Organization of work on the administration of the economic part of the office;
- Reception of phone calls, messages;
- Other orders of the head.
Working conditions:
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Work in a modern office in the city center.
