"Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN" is the first bank in the territory of our country who first provided for the issue of the mortgage bond on a loan issued under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic's Program "Affordable Housing 2015-2020".

This "issue" was carried out due to joint actions of the Bank with the State Mortgage Company. The issuance of this kind of securities is still an important step in the development of both the securities market and the banking instruments that facilitate financial monetization of the economy.
